From our premises we can view critical information; including data around heat sensors, motor deceleration and acceleration. We can even operate the Moffett AS/R Taxi System remotely from our premises, allowing us to relate to our client to quickly identify technical issues. Our support staff are in constant contact, rapidly resolving any operation issues – often before the client has identified the issue themselves.
Maintenance
We’re on-hand to provide full remote system support, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week from Monday- Friday for 3 years from the commissioning date of the system. This will include any parts required.
Repairs
Moffett Automated Storage customers can proceed with confidence that any maintenance, repair or support work will be carried out by trained and experienced engineers, fitters and automation specialists.
Backup
Our backup services are unlike any other. Whilst our team is here to support you remotely, we guarantee 99.5 percent product availability if things go wrong.
