Moffett Automated Storage is currently seeking to add to our existing software support team based at MAS HQ in Clontibret, Co.Monaghan. Moffett Automated Storage takes great pride in the fact that all of our systems are designed and supported using our in-house software team, and we are interested in expanding that team with individuals that are passionate about software and electronics.
Job Description & Requirements
- Supporting automated pallet storage systems in operation globally.
- Fixing issues remotely through our support interface software and aiding customers over the phone to fix any mechanical issues that may occur to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Problems solving figuring out issues before they happen and working out what the issue is with limited information using problem-solving skills.
- Predominantly office based job
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements: A basic understanding of electronics and mechanics would be useful but a willingness to learn and develop these skills is more important.
Salary: Up to €29,000
