The System
Automated storage allows our clients to enjoy an increase in productivity across their warehouse and beyond. Pioneered by our in-house team of software developers, mechanical engineers and storage experts, our system continues the Moffett name of innovation as founding partners in COMBILIFT and having previously developed the MOFFETT MOUNTY.

In-Feed Conveyor
Our in-feed conveyor is the entry point of all pallets. From here, we measure height, width and length. We also check for any unwanted overhang that may cause issues in the system.

Outbound
Outbound configurations can be structured to suit a company’s warehouse whether its a conveyor per loading dock or a single outbound conveyor.

Picking Tunnel
Our patented picking tunnel allows the customer to really utilise their warehouse space. We still use all the density above the picking aisle as we see this as valuable storage space.

HMI Interface
MAS systems come with HMI interfaces at the customer’s request. These link to the WMS which allow the user to call pallets out at requested times. They can also see status of all shuttles, VTU’s, conveyors and pallets live from the tablet.

The Shuttle
We have designed an intuitive, wireless and multi-directional shuttle with a 1500kg lifting capacity, 80/100ah lithium battery, WiFi communication and an onboard PC. Our shuttle travels at 1.2m per second.

Vertical Transfer
Our system utilises vertical space in your warehouse like never before. With a 30m height restriction, our system is braced to the racking with a shuttle charger on-board – all powered by a 3 phase 11kW WEG inverter motor.
