We are searching for a candidate to take the lead in Moffett Automated Storage to identify, engage, attract, and recruit new employees into our company. You will also be required to help with the on-boarding process of staff.

Moffett Automated Storage is a small company of approx. 50 staff that is expanding rapidly due to market demands. We are an industry leader in what we do which is developing software, producing and installing automated pallet shuttles and other products to move pallets around a warehouse. Responsibilities

  • Researching and creating new job role specifications where there are gaps in our company through meeting and discussing business requirements with management.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (i.e. requisition creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, compliance, offers).
  • Deliver weekly status reports on recruitment progress to relevant management
  • Involved in arranging and partaking job interviews
  • Prioritise recruitment on job roles depending on urgency of company needs
  • Focus on the identification, engagement, and recruitment of relevant professionals for crucial and hard to fill roles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job fairs, college days and social media
  • Conduct external research and build strategies /campaigns to attract candidate prospects.
  • Building upon and improving existing recruitment processes

Must have skills:

  • Recruitment experience either from a Recruitment Partner (in-house model) or Agency background.
  • Experience leading full Lifecyle technology recruiting
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Market knowledge within Engineering and Software roles advantageous

Salary and benefits

  • Salary range is €27,000 to €36,000
